This hotel is a luxurious haven that fulfilled all of my exclusive amenities needs. the private facilities were exceptional, and the service was outstanding.

The only minor issue was the lack of coffee/tea in the lobby.

The view from the window overlooking the garden was breathtaking, and the service provided was outstanding.

The staff's service towards English-speaking guests was reportedly cooler compared to French guests.

The hotel is located in a beautiful setting surrounded by forests, creating a great atmosphere. The rooms are amazing and very beautiful, with high-class furnishings and individually decorated with artwork. The lounge next to the fireplace and bar is amazing, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The hotel is very clean and the service provided by the staff is excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. The restaurant offers great quality meals.

the rooms were a bit on the smaller side, especially if you are taller than 6.2 feet. The bathrooms, although clean, had some shortcomings such as the lack of a proper shower in the bathtub and the small size of the restroom.

Lovely atmosphere and big rooms! the location was perfect, close to many attractions and within walking distance of quite a few shops. the food from the restaurant was brilliantly presented and simply delicious. the staff were absolutely kind and friendly- they made us feel so welcome throughout our entire stay.

The internet connection was not stable at all and made it difficult for us to remain connected as much as we needed. the shower in our room was less than par, making it difficult to get ready in a timely manner.
